Since all our products are made to order we can't offer exchanges or refunds UNLESS there is something wrong with the product. If the item arrives damaged or the quality isn't up to par, we will send you out another one immediately.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you've received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
